Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for recruiting systems and tools such as Greenhouse, BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Crosschq.
  • Oversee administration and ongoing optimization of the ATS and integrated technologies.
  • Lead system enhancements, integrations, and future ATS implementation or migration efforts.
  • Conduct audits of systems, workflows, and data integrity to identify inefficiencies, compliance risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead recruiting operations initiatives including process automation, compliance enhancements, and technology integrations.
  • Design and refine recruiting workflows to improve consistency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Strengthen reporting reliability by standardizing key fields, improving metric definitions, and building or refining dashboards.
  • Enhance forecasting visibility and operational reporting for recruiting stakeholders.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships and establish working cadences with Recruiting, People Tech, IT, and internal AI teams.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual work and streamline recruiting operations.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent systems, or similar infrastructure-focused roles.
  • Experience configuring and optimizing a modern ATS platform; Greenhouse or a similar system is required.
  • Experience leading or contributing to ATS implementations, major reconfigurations, or complex system integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience improving data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex operational challenges using structured problem-solving.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, or Security stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance insights and automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with LLM-based tools, AI assistants, or automation platforms preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling technology companies preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $130,100 to $187,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Equity eligibility as part of the compensation package.
