Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Aura components.
Build and maintain automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, code reviews, and release management.
Implement and maintain deployment pipelines using Salesforce DX, GitHub, and CI/CD tools such as Copado or Gearset.
Maintain test coverage of at least 80% for Apex code and manage sandbox environments for development, UAT, and staging.
Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and field-level security.
Maintain page layouts, custom objects, record types, validation rules, and sharing settings to support business changes.
Perform performance audits, security reviews, and data quality checks while enforcing governance and deduplication standards.
Own and extend Salesforce integrations with connected systems such as NetSuite, Certinia, NICE CXOne, DocuSign, Conga Composer, Enablix, Qualtrics, FormAssembly, and Avonni.
Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations with internal and external platforms.
Partner with Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, documentation, and end-user enablement support.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud for subscription, quoting, and contract lifecycle management.
Active Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, with strong understanding of governor limits and Salesforce architecture.
Experience with Salesforce DX and source-driven development workflows, including Git, scratch orgs, and unlocked packages.
Demonstrated ability to design and build REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party platforms.
Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, field-level security, sharing rules, and OWD.
Strong data modeling skills, including custom object design, lookup/master-detail relationships, and schema planning.
Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments, such as Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions with SFDX.
Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and project management skills in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred: Additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, or Data Architect.
Preferred: Familiarity with the dealer, automotive, powersports, marine, or equipment industries.
Preferred: Experience in a B2B SaaS company with recurring revenue models.
Preferred: Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Certinia, NICE CXOne, DocuSign, or Conga Composer.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits

Remote position.
Salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 USD.
