Description

  • Maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce accounts, contacts, opportunities, and partner records.
  • Perform large-scale data cleanup, deduplication, enrichment, and reconciliation projects.
  • Support partner operations by tracking partner deals, commission-related data, and related workflows.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Import, export, validate, and manipulate data using Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Assist with Salesforce administration, including record management, field updates, validation, and user support.
  • Support integrations and workflows involving tools such as Workato, PartnerStack, CauseIQ, Gong, Crossbeam, and Partnerfleet.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and GTM Operations to troubleshoot data issues and improve processes.
  • Document workflows and recommend improvements that increase data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or CRM Operations.
  • Strong Salesforce experience with admin-level knowledge.
  • Experience performing CRM data cleanup, reconciliation, and bulk updates.
  • Comfortable building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience working with CRM integrations or automation tools is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as Workato, Gong, CauseIQ, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a desire to improve how work gets done.
  • Self-sufficient but collaborative, knowing when to ask questions or escalate issues.
  • SaaS or B2B software experience is a plus.
  • Experience supporting Partner Operations or Revenue Operations teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms and CRM integrations is a plus.
  • Experience with data governance or CRM best practices is a plus.
