Description

  • Collaborate with clients to improve business performance and outcomes using the Salesforce platform.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce best practices, digital transformation, and AI-driven customer engagement strategies.
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements into deliverables and user stories.
  • Identify opportunities to apply Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-driven automation to business processes.
  • Define solution architecture, document workflows and use cases, and support build-versus-buy decisions for integrations and third-party applications.
  • Design scalable integration architectures between Salesforce and external platforms, including AI and LLM services such as Claude and Gemini.
  • Evaluate and recommend declarative versus programmatic solutions using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Design and deliver configurations, automation, custom development, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and execute test cases, validate implementations, and support issue resolution.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, prioritize requirements, and lead solution demonstrations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and present technical and functional solutions to business and technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with strong expertise in requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce core data model, security model, sharing architecture, and platform capabilities.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Flows (Declarative Automation).
  • Hands-on development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Exposure to integrating Salesforce with AI/LLM platforms such as Claude, Gemini, or similar generative AI technologies.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, Git-based source control, and modern Salesforce development practices.
  • Familiarity with Agentic Cloud Code and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend when to use configuration versus custom development.
  • Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects in a client-facing consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service (preferred).
  • Exposure to Financial Services Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud (preferred).
  • Knowledge of quoting, pricing, CPQ, or order-to-cash processes (preferred).
  • Experience in Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) or Consumer Business Services (CBS) sectors (preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or AI Specialist (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI capabilities (preferred).
