Description

  • Establish KPIs and track implementation performance metrics to build a data-driven operational culture within Professional Services.
  • Use root cause analysis, process mapping, and data analysis to improve workflows, reduce rework, and lower escalation rates.
  • Own portfolio planning, project scoping, and execution tracking for Professional Services improvement initiatives.
  • Define project goals, scope, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and communication needs.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve conflicts across teams and initiatives.
  • Lead large, cross-team, multi-year programs and projects.
  • Drive continuous business process improvement to streamline and standardize workflows, communication, and resource efficiency.
  • Conduct project initiation, closure, handoff documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Communicate portfolio scope, roadmap alignment, priorities, and status to governance boards and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across business and product groups to support the success of portfolio initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in PS operations, implementation operations, CS operations, or a related role at a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated track record of improving delivery processes and business results.
  • Experience defining project success criteria with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with structured process improvement methodologies such as Lean, DMAIC, or equivalent; formal certification is a plus but not required.
  • Strong process improvement and project management skills.
  • Experience working in Professional Services, Implementation, or Customer Success, with direct exposure to implementation lifecycle management strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lead through influence and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of improvement projects and prioritizing based on business requirements.
  • Experience creating process documentation with tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, or Lucidchart.
  • Experience building and delivering stakeholder presentations on project status or outcomes.
  • Project Management certification such as PMP or equivalent, or demonstrated equivalent experience managing cross-functional programs in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards and reporting in Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Dealership industry experience or prior Lightspeed experience is preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
