Description

  • Design and implement the governance framework for a global sales platform initiative.
  • Develop and maintain an engagement model for creating, refreshing, and optimizing sales plays and content across regional teams.
  • Coordinate stakeholder alignment, communication strategies, and change management efforts for large-scale platform transitions.
  • Establish scalable engagement structures, operating cadences, and collaboration models across business functions and geographic regions.
  • Partner with product management to capture, prioritize, and communicate platform enhancement requests and product feedback.
  • Define, monitor, and report on program engagement, adoption, and success metrics to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement, operations, and regional leadership to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in internal practice community meetings and networking events, and contribute thought leadership and learning materials.
  • Support career development initiatives and contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale program management initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with the Gong platform, including Gong Engage and related capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build governance models, stakeholder engagement frameworks, and scalable operational processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams and senior leaders without direct authority.
  • Experience defining and tracking program adoption, engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Experience coordinating global or multi-regional programs across diverse business functions.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and operational program delivery.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) integrations and the broader revenue technology ecosystem is preferred.
  • Background in sales enablement, seller productivity, or go-to-market operations is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
