Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close as the face of Lighthouse to prospective clients.
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate net-new pipeline and own your quota.
  • Source a meaningful share of pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, events, and industry conferences.
  • Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC or a similar qualification framework to advance opportunities.
  • Use AI tools for call prep, discovery, positioning, pre-sales gap analysis, and pipeline coaching.
  • Forecast honestly, maintain 3x pipeline coverage, and manage deals through stage gates with evidence.
  • Become knowledgeable about hotel commercial challenges across pricing, distribution, and business intelligence.
  • Position Lighthouse’s platform as the integrated solution to replace fragmented point tools and run value-based ROI conversations.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through new business, expansion, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap while representing Lighthouse at industry events.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a closing sales role.
  • SaaS experience is required.
  • Native Thai speaker with fluent English.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to sell on value rather than price.
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders from general managers to C-suite executives.
  • Self-directed, coachable, and motivated to continuously improve based on feedback.
  • Comfort using AI tools as a core part of the selling motion and adopting new tooling quickly.
  • A hunter mindset with the drive to prospect, follow up persistently, and own results.
  • Based in Thailand and available for a full-time remote role.
