Description

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Design and execute channel sales and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue targets through partners.
  • Build quarterly and annual business plans with clear revenue goals and partner alignment.
  • Own sales quotas by driving partner performance and managing the channel pipeline.
  • Monitor partner activity, provide accurate forecasts, and report progress to leadership.
  • Train and enable partners so they can effectively position and sell Lightcast solutions.
  • Create and deliver partner presentations, product demos, and sales materials.
  • Track partner, competitor, and market activity to identify growth opportunities and strengthen Lightcast’s position.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, engineering, account management, and legal teams.
  • Support joint marketing campaigns and partner events to increase pipeline and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in HR technology.
  • Experience selling to and supporting HR technology organizations.
  • Experience with HCM platforms such as Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors is required.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a channel sales environment.
  • Experience managing and growing a portfolio of channel partners to drive revenue.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales tools to manage partner performance and pipeline.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for partner meetings and industry events.
