Description

  • Develop and execute the alliance strategy for the Salesforce partnership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce sales and partner organizations.
  • Identify and pursue joint business development opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Align sales, marketing, and delivery teams around partner objectives and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and partner plans with Salesforce.
  • Lead co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with internal and partner teams.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance and the impact of alliance activities.
  • Represent the company at partner events, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Stay current on partner roadmaps, product updates, and market trends to uncover new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in alliances or partner management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the marketing technology space.
  • Previous partnership experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Background in marketing, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, and SAS.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partner collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and attend events.
  • Experience in joint go-to-market planning, channel sales, or partner enablement strategies is preferred.
