Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sellers across the Central region.
  • Own regional revenue targets, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and attainment.
  • Drive audience-based and data-driven sales conversations and proposals.
  • Sell across the full Life360 Ads product suite, including managed direct, programmatic/PMP, CTV, video, and audience extension.
  • Partner with the Platform team to grow programmatic revenue and deepen DSP and trading desk relationships.
  • Bring a measurement-first approach to pitches and connect audience signals to client outcomes.
  • Develop and execute regional account plans and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Ad Operations to launch new solutions and close complex deals.
  • Represent Life360 Ads at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of digital media sales experience, including at least 6 years in a sales management or team lead role.
  • Deep fluency in audience-based selling, including first-party data, contextual targeting, and behavioral signals.
  • Strong CTV and video sales experience with knowledge of the measurement ecosystem, including iSpot, Nielsen ONE, and VideoAmp.
  • Programmatic proficiency with experience selling PMPs, curated audiences, and working with trading desk relationships.
  • Measurement literacy across brand lift, MMM integration, incrementality testing, and attribution methodology.
  • Client and agency direct selling experience, including relationships with holding companies such as Omnicom, Publicis, WPP, and Dentsu.
  • A track record of hitting quota and building teams that hit quota.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Candidates must be based in the Chicago area.
