Description

  • Develop and optimize paid media programs that build awareness and consideration for Life360.
  • Own demand creation media strategy and stewardship in partnership with a hybrid agency team.
  • Work with the creative team to ensure strong channel and message fit.
  • Lead the media agency relationship with a balance of inspiration and accountability.
  • Identify, source, procure, and manage influencer partnerships with internal, agency, and platform support.
  • Evaluate influencer partnership performance with Analytics.
  • Identify and develop brand partnership opportunities across internal stakeholders, including Brand & Creative and Devices.
  • Work with Biz Dev to define partnership terms and secure mutually beneficial deals.
  • Evaluate the performance of brand partnership deals with Analytics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams inside and outside Marketing to support cohesive funnel strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand-oriented paid media, including digital, paid social, TV/FEP/CTV, and OOH.
  • Proven track record managing 8-figure paid media budgets.
  • Demonstrated creativity in media strategy beyond standard walled garden or :30 ad buys.
  • Experience procuring, managing, and assessing successful influencer deals.
  • Track record of successful brand collaboration to deliver shared goals.
  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution, brand tracking, matched market testing, and platform lift/incrementality tests.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-intensity, high-impact environment.
  • Willingness to work in a strategic and tactical role that requires hands-on execution.
  • Ability to work remotely within the US.
  • Preferred or additional consideration will be given even if candidates do not meet 100% of the qualifications.
