Description

  • Own HubSpot CRM end to end, including activities, notes, next steps, deal stages, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Keep senior salespeople accountable by maintaining accurate follow-ups, admin, and pipeline data.
  • Support proposal follow-up, commercial coordination, and internal sales reporting.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through outbound outreach by email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Use AI tools and automation to research, enrich, and scale prospecting efforts.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, need, and timing.
  • Book discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Research prospects, industries, and decision-makers across the payments and merchant services landscape.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and merchant meetings, including outreach, scheduling, and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams to support lead follow-up and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a commercial role.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Comfort with outreach, follow-up, and objection handling.
  • Organised, coachable, reliable, and able to follow through on commitments.
  • Positive energy and a strong work ethic.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Tech-savvy and curious, with comfort using AI tools, automation, and data to work more efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of digital business, e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AI assistants, lead enrichment platforms, or sales automation tools is preferred.
  • Startup or scale-up experience is preferred.
