Description

  • Qualify and engage inbound leads in the DACH market to create sales opportunities.
  • Uncover prospect pain points and transform interest into qualified pipeline.
  • Set Account Executives up for success by delivering well-qualified opportunities.
  • Communicate with prospects primarily by telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Use video, voice notes, and other outreach methods to engage interested accounts.
  • Apply a question-based, value-led approach to build connections with inbound leads.
  • Use targeting criteria, intent signals, and website activity data to prioritize high-intent accounts.
  • Attend networking events when needed to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Participate in ad hoc in-person team-building events and coaching sessions.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with C1 level or above and fluency in English.
  • Previous SDR or relatable sales experience is required.
  • Previous inbound sales experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in a targeted sales environment and meeting KPIs.
  • Ability to build rapport naturally with prospects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and a strong can-do attitude.
  • High energy, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
  • Remote in Europe or hybrid near the Karlsruhe office is preferred depending on location.
