Description

  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email.
  • Follow structured outreach processes using Apollo sequences, call scripts, and qualification questions.
  • Pre-qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines.
  • Book verified, high-quality appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate activity and conversation records in CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback on prospect responses to improve messaging and outreach strategy.
  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach and follow up on callbacks and reminder calls.
  • Coordinate with account executives ahead of appointments and share meeting status updates.
  • Reschedule appointments as needed and manage appointment changes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in cold calling or SDR roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to engage confidently with U.S. business owners and executives.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, objection handling, and relationship building.
  • Coachable and disciplined, with the ability to follow playbooks, scripts, and training guidelines.
  • Results-driven mindset with consistency in performance and accountability.
  • Comfort with Apollo, CRM systems, and communication tools.
  • Prior experience setting qualified appointments that resulted in closed deals is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in or selling performance digital marketing services is preferred.
  • Background in Google services or experience with SEO, PPC, Meta ads, or website design is preferred.
  • Prior use of tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack, or similar sales software is preferred.
