Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, employment contract, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead and facilitate client and employee meetings, including consultation meetings, administrative hearings, negotiations, and termination delivery.
  • Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex termination situations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities and audits with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents accurately and maintain confidential employee records.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS platform and coordinate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and respond to internal and external offboarding inquiries.
  • Provide first-level employee relations support by assessing workplace concerns and helping clients navigate policies, guides, and procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and customer and employee experience enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and provide practical recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and best-practice improvement.
  • Strong attention to record-keeping and data integrity.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote international team and willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable work style.
