Description

  • Build, document, and maintain scalable operations processes supporting Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Tax teams.
  • Improve the use of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related automation tools for lead generation, nurture, campaign workflows, and sales development.
  • Partner with Marketing to operationalize campaigns, including list builds, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and lead routing.
  • Support Salesforce administration, including workflows, configuration, and integrations, to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain clear documentation for sales and marketing processes, workflows, and data definitions.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data across Salesforce and connected systems for outreach, reporting, and analysis.
  • Analyze inbound and outbound funnels to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that track key performance metrics and pipeline health.
  • Help refine pipeline and revenue forecasting models and measure marketing campaign performance and attribution.
  • Review workflows, processes, and automation regularly to simplify, standardize, and scale operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time experience in a sales and marketing operations role in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing sales and marketing processes, managing leads, and supporting workflows.
  • Direct experience with marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM/automation tools.
  • Prior exposure to pipeline reporting, lead generation programs, and/or marketing analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects accurately.
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data and identify key insights.
  • Must be willing to work core business hours in the East Coast time zone, approximately 8am to 5pm EST within the U.S.
  • Experience in a high-growth, startup, or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
  • Experience in a professional services firm such as accounting, consulting, law, or marketing/advertising is preferred.
  • Experience in a fully remote, people-centric culture is preferred.

  • Starting pay range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
