Description

  • Own new ARR and expansion targets across Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
  • Drive pipeline generation, conversion, and enterprise deal execution.
  • Develop country-level go-to-market strategies for priority markets.
  • Build localized sales motions across Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.
  • Adapt pricing, packaging, and messaging to regional market dynamics.
  • Identify and pursue vertical opportunities such as retail, fintech, and CX automation.
  • Build and lead the Spanish LATAM sales team, including AEs, SDRs, and partnerships.
  • Partner with the Brazil leader to share playbooks and best practices.
  • Establish regional forecasting and operating cadences.
  • Expand the enterprise motion and grow the >$3K ACV segment in LATAM.
  • Drive strategic accounts and partner-led deals.
  • Improve win rates and deal velocity.
  • Partner with Marketing on regional demand generation.
  • Partner with Product on regional requirements and localization.
  • Partner with RevOps on forecasting and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of scaling ARR across Spanish-speaking LATAM markets, including Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.
  • Experience building and leading regional sales teams with quota ownership.
  • Strong operator mindset with the ability to build GTM structure, playbooks, and forecasting cadence.
  • Experience selling mid-market and enterprise SaaS in multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Data-driven pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
