Description

  • Manage and grow customer relationships across sales, customer success, account management, business development, or channel functions depending on the role.
  • Drive new business and support revenue growth for SMB, mid-market, enterprise, and strategic customer segments.
  • Support customers in achieving successful outcomes with SugarCRM solutions.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively in a fluid, cross-functional environment.
  • Own day-to-day execution for assigned accounts, opportunities, or pipeline activities.
  • Contribute to a culture of learning, impact, and continuous professional growth.
  • Submit an application for future sales opportunities when there is not an exact current match.
  • Represent SugarCRM in remote, home-based sales roles across North America and other regions as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in one or more sales-related roles such as Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, Account Director, Account Manager, Channel Sales Manager, Business Development Representative, or Solution Consultant.
  • Experience levels may range across SMB, mid-market, enterprise, senior, key, core, and strategic roles.
  • Demonstrated dedication, impact, and ability to thrive in a fluid and collaborative environment.
  • A background that may include transferable skills rather than a perfect match to the role.
  • Willingness to learn new things and grow within the role.
  • Open to remote, home-based employment.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, global team environment.
