Description

  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities within the automotive business vertical.
  • Manage outbound, account-based prospecting efforts to create new business for the sales team.
  • Manage and work inbound marketing-generated leads through the pipeline.
  • Use social selling tactics to generate new business.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop territory and account plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on marketing plans, lead generation, and sales goal measurement.
  • Track activity metrics, meetings set metrics, outreach cadence, and bookings.
  • Use sales and marketing automation systems including Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role with a monthly performance target, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of outreach efforts that measurably improve lead conversion, pipeline generation, and bookings.
  • Experience in an outbound, cold-calling sales environment.
  • Experience working in a field-based, team-selling environment.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to combine strategic thinking and strong implementation skills.
  • Hard-working, action-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Desire to build a career in sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot is preferred.

  • Annual base salary of $55,000-$60,000.
