Description

  • Serve as the primary client partner and overall delivery lead.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex CRM initiatives across strategy, analytics, development, creative, QA, and marketing operations.
  • Own the CRM delivery roadmap, including priorities, marketing calendars, dependencies, and schedules.
  • Translate customer insights into CRM campaigns, lifecycle journeys, personalization, and optimization strategies.
  • Monitor campaign health and email performance, escalating issues and coordinating resolutions.
  • Manage client requests, scope changes, risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery communications.
  • Prepare client meetings, status updates, executive presentations, business reviews, and roadmap discussions.
  • Own estimates, resource plans, delivery schedules, and account financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for testing, optimization, AI, automation, standardized processes, and reusable delivery assets.
  • Stay current on CRM, Salesforce, email marketing, data, AI, and competitive trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in CRM, loyalty, or client services.
  • 2+ years of direct CRM experience supporting email, mobile, or customer lifecycle programs.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic and tactical CRM marketing experience, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and testing.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another enterprise email marketing platform preferred; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Jira, Workfront, and SharePoint preferred.
  • Understanding of CRM performance metrics, customer data, and foundational business financial principles.
  • Strong project management, organization, communication, presentation, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed and occasionally work outside standard business hours for major launches or production events.
