Description

  • Translate strategic direction into workplans, timelines, decisions, and follow-through.
  • Own discrete workstreams within major cross-functional initiatives and manage milestones and dependencies.
  • Build project trackers, meeting cadences, documentation, and communication rhythms.
  • Break down complex problems, synthesize inputs, and define executable next steps.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across functions, surface risks, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment.
  • Apply AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve execution speed and quality.
  • Drive measurable progress and strengthen operating practices across high-priority initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations.
  • Experience working in high-performance, analytically rigorous environments.
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the broader perspective.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous direction into action and drive execution across functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear synthesis and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating unclear or evolving paths.
  • Sound judgment about when to act independently and when to escalate.
  • Interest in developing as an operator while working with leaders on consequential company priorities.
