Description

  • Gather and document client campaign requirements and validate briefs before development begins.
  • Lead campaign kickoffs with internal teams and external partners, documenting deliverables and action items.
  • Own client marketing calendars, track milestones, and proactively identify risks and blockers.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for campaign status, delivery, and escalations.
  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, troubleshooting, quality assurance coordination, and optimization.
  • Coordinate deployment activities including subscriber data, audience segmentation, scheduling, and sends.
  • Submit and track work in Workfront or Jira while maintaining campaign documentation.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing by defining and documenting executable test structures.
  • Develop client-specific work instructions and improve campaign and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of campaign management, account management, or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and Salesforce Marketing Cloud required.
  • Experience supporting a new client implementation.
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and client deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Experience working directly in a client-facing role and in an agency or corporate in-house agency environment.
  • Preferred experience with SendGrid, Mailchimp, Alterian, Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, or other email service providers.
  • Preferred knowledge of Workfront or Jira, email template development, journey orchestration, SQL, or process frameworks such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Ability and willingness to travel periodically as needed.
