Description

  • Partner with Client Managers to understand client goals, workforce needs, business moments, and engagement opportunities.
  • Develop client-specific communication strategies and multi-channel campaigns to improve awareness, activation, engagement, and re-engagement.
  • Provide Client Managers with strategic recommendations, talk tracks, campaign plans, and data-informed guidance.
  • Advise on audience segmentation, messaging, sequencing, channel mix, localization, timing, calls to action, and measurement.
  • Support launches, open enrollment, benefit changes, new-hire moments, relaunches, and other high-impact engagement opportunities.
  • Create custom communications that balance client objectives, member needs, operational feasibility, and brand standards.
  • Build scalable playbooks, toolkits, templates, and frameworks for delivering engagement strategy.
  • Analyze campaign and population data, recommend tests, evaluate performance, and improve future strategies.
  • Build trusted partnerships and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, member engagement, client strategy, integrated marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience developing engagement strategies for multiple audiences, customers, clients, or market segments.
  • Experience planning and executing multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong strategic consulting, written communication, verbal communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use data and performance insights to prioritize opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and build cross-functional alignment.
  • Member- or customer-centered mindset with a focus on clear, relevant, and inclusive communication.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare, behavioral health, benefits, employee engagement, SaaS, or other complex products or services.
  • Preferred: experience with enterprise clients, lifecycle marketing platforms, CRM or marketing automation tools, analytics, experimentation, segmentation, scalable playbooks, or global audiences.
  • Must maintain work authorization without employer sponsorship; immigration sponsorship and employer-provided training plans are unavailable.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work environment with required overlapping hours; eligible U.S. employees outside the Pacific time zone must work at least six hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific time.
  • Base pay ranges from $81,200–$95,520 in Zone 4 to $101,500–$119,400 in Zone 1, depending on location and qualifications.
