Description

  • Define and evolve Klaviyo’s portfolio narrative and ensure consistent messaging across launches, campaigns, content, and events.
  • Partner with Product, R&D, PMMs, and the field to bring new features and capabilities to market.
  • Translate complex product ideas into clear, differentiated, and compelling messaging.
  • Build connected cross-product narratives that explain the value of Data, AI, Marketing, Service, and Analytics working together on the platform.
  • Support go-to-market efforts for major product and platform launches to drive excitement, adoption, and momentum.
  • Contribute to flagship events and executive keynote storytelling by shaping narratives for major stages.
  • Monitor market shifts and technology trends to inform messaging and point of view.
  • Collaborate across teams to keep projects moving and ensure messaging lands with the right audiences and channels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong messaging and positioning skills with the ability to distill complex products into clear value.
  • Excellent writing ability with a sharp eye for structure, clarity, and word choice.
  • Deep interest in storytelling at the platform or portfolio level.
  • Customer-first mindset with an understanding of how messaging lands with real people.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage work across functions.
  • Curiosity, growth mindset, and eagerness to build fluency across products, markets, and trends.
  • Bonus: experience driving awareness or adoption for new products or major feature launches.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $140,000 to $210,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in the total compensation package.
