Description

  • Lead the annual and multi-year operating planning process and align the leadership team on top company priorities.
  • Own the company-wide OKR process end to end, including setting, cascading, reviewing, and holding owners accountable.
  • Define and manage company KPIs across functions, run performance reviews and operational audits, and drive issue resolution.
  • Automate KPI and OKR reporting using AI tools and internal agents to provide real-time visibility into trends and insights.
  • Own the company’s management operating system, including meeting cadences, decision forums, and leadership rhythms.
  • Lead or support the company’s highest-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure execution stays coordinated.
  • Drive alignment on key decisions, manage cross-functional working teams, track deliverables, and own outcomes where ownership is unclear.
  • Collaborate with GTM and R&D Analytics teams to produce unified business reporting and conduct root cause analysis on critical issues.
  • Design and run operating cadences for the Co-CEOs and senior leadership team, including meetings, forums, offsites, and planning calendars.
  • Prepare board materials, agendas, and the co-CEO narrative, manage the board portal, and support the multi-year board calendar.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience across both hypergrowth and post-IPO phases is ideal.
  • Proven track record of building and running a company-wide operating system, including OKRs, planning, and performance management.
  • Experience leading through major organizational inflection points such as rapid scaling, go-public events, integrations, or structural change.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence CEOs and senior leadership teams without positional authority.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams and developing people.
  • Strong financial fluency, including comfort with LRP and annual planning cycles, unit economics, and partnering with a CFO and finance organization.
  • Background in management consulting or investment banking is a plus.
  • SaaS, B2B software, or marketing technology experience is preferred.
  • Ability to write with precision, speak confidently, and communicate effectively with boards and large audiences.
  • Comfort making decisions in short iterative cycles with incomplete information and driving momentum.
  • AI-native operator who can design and leverage AI systems to automate reporting and surface KPI/OKR visibility.
  • Data-driven, influential, and able to use insights to shape decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Natural integrator who builds trust, navigates tension, and keeps the organization moving.
  • Alignment with Klaviyo’s values, including extreme ownership, high standards, collaborative directness, customer orientation, and a level playing field.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $224,000 to $336,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity as part of the total compensation package.
