Description

  • Build and articulate Klaviyo’s value proposition to top partners and differentiate it from competing solutions.
  • Manage business development referrals and co-selling opportunities with and from partners.
  • Coach partners on business growth and profitability through Klaviyo.
  • Advise partners on their business models and growth strategies using a consultative approach.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Recruit, Sales, Marketing, and Product to expand platform opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in partners’ business models, products, and ecosystems.
  • Build a 360-degree view of Klaviyo’s relationships with major ecommerce platforms and inform platform strategy and investment decisions.
  • Identify and support connections between Klaviyo teams and strategic partner teams.
  • Run internal enablement campaigns to increase awareness of partner capabilities across Klaviyo.
  • Serve as a speaker or external spokesperson for Klaviyo when needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS account management, channel, and/or sales experience.
  • Experience supporting and influencing colleagues on cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to build strong executive relationships and lead multi-threaded deals to closure.
  • Experience with or enthusiasm for responsibly using AI tools in work or personal projects.
  • Ability to work across organizations and functions in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience advising enterprise or strategic partners is preferred.
  • Strong consultative skills and knowledge of the partner ecosystem are preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $142,800 to $193,200 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation / OTE for sales and customer success roles, where applicable.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in total compensation.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
  • Travel up to 10% for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
