Description

  • Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new partners.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing partners.
  • Act as the primary contact for partners, resolving issues and supporting their business needs.
  • Ensure partners operate within company business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and events to develop market development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, including expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars.
  • Work with partners to retain their business and help them achieve stronger performance.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and growth targets set by management.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Partnership Management or Business Development within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment.
  • Fluency in English and Dari/Pashto is required.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
