Description

  • Build and articulate the value of Klaviyo’s software for top partners, differentiating it from other solutions.
  • Manage business development referrals and co-selling opportunities to and from partners.
  • Advise partners on their business model, growth strategy, and how Klaviyo can help them grow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Recruit, Sales, Marketing, and Product to maximize opportunities and resolve challenges.
  • Develop deep expertise in partners’ business models, products, and ecosystems as a subject matter expert.
  • Build and influence long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with multiple stakeholders at select top partners.
  • Develop a 360-degree perspective on Klaviyo’s relationships with major eCommerce platforms and inform strategy and investment decisions.
  • Identify and support cross-ecosystem connections between Klaviyo and strategic partner teams.
  • Run internal campaigns to increase awareness and enablement of partner capabilities across Klaviyo.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS account management, channel, and/or sales experience.
  • Experience supporting and influencing colleagues on cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDPICC.
  • Ability to build strong executive relationships and lead multi-threaded deals to closure.
  • Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects and interest in learning new AI tools and workflows.
  • Ability to work in a role that may require up to 10% travel.
  • Experience serving as a speaker or external spokesperson for a company or brand is preferred.
  • Background working with enterprise partners or ecosystem platforms is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $142,800 to $193,200 USD.
  • Eligibility for annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles.
