Description

  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain top commercial Account Executive talent.
  • Inspect team workflows, pipeline hygiene, activity cadence, and deal velocity to drive accountability and coaching.
  • Run structured weekly 1:1s and team meetings to reinforce priorities and sustain a high-performance culture.
  • Build and execute individualized coaching plans to close performance gaps and accelerate rep development.
  • Partner with AEs on live deals, including calls, negotiations, and internal approvals for complex opportunities.
  • Lead timely and honest performance conversations in line with company policy.
  • Champion career development by understanding each rep’s goals and creating a path for growth.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline accuracy in Salesforce and provide leadership with visibility into risks and upside.
  • Drive net-new customer acquisition through disciplined outbound and inbound sales motions in the SMB to mid-market segment.
  • Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Finance to remove blockers and accelerate deal cycles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a closing Account Executive with a consistent track record of top performance.
  • 1+ years of experience in a team lead or management role.
  • Experience in high-velocity, high-transaction sales with the ability to manage multiple deals at once.
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency and a disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Experience navigating cross-functional deal processes involving Legal, Finance, and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated passion for coaching and developing sales talent.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt communication and coaching style to the individual.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and make clear decisions under ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with the MarTech, ecommerce, or DTC ecosystem, especially owned channels like email and SMS, is preferred.
  • Experience selling against legacy MarTech or service platforms or in a displacement/switch motion is preferred.
  • Exposure to Klaviyo or comparable marketing automation tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

  • Base salary of AUD $198,000.
  • Participation in the annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation / OTE for sales and customer success roles.
  • Equity as part of the total compensation package.

  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
