Description

  • Develop and execute a land-and-expand strategy for Velocity accounts and high-potential non-retail organizations.
  • Own a portfolio of high-potential accounts and drive new business within strategic whitespace.
  • Partner with Large Enterprise AEs on complex, high-value opportunities and co-sell larger deals when needed.
  • Prospect into non-retail verticals with personalized, multi-threaded outreach tailored to industry pain points and transformation goals.
  • Lead deep discovery sessions and build ROI-backed business cases and bespoke demos for executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene, pipeline stages, and forecasting documentation.
  • Coordinate BDRs, Solutions Architects, and Marketing teams to run a unified sales motion.
  • Manage pre-qualified enterprise opportunities with existing stakeholder mapping, business objectives, and deal context.
  • Present effectively to both technical users and executive buyers across large buying committees.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience as a closing Account Executive in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong performance record at the Large Enterprise level.
  • Exceptional ability to present to large groups and adapt communication style across audiences.
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to translate business objectives into ROI-justified use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex buying committees including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Procurement.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
  • Comfort interpreting funnel signals and applying metrics such as ROI and TCO.
  • An active desire to learn, openness to coaching, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with multi-threading and enterprise deal processes is preferred.
  • Experience selling in non-retail verticals or in a land-and-expand motion is beneficial.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $128,000 to $192,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation/OTE for sales and customer success roles.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in the total compensation package.

  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
