Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across automotive dealership accounts.
  • Sell Keyloop’s full portfolio of solutions to existing customers and new dealership prospects in the assigned territory.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and expand accounts through upselling additional services.
  • Acquire, retain, and grow clients to increase customer base and revenue.
  • Deliver on sales objectives in line with company strategic and operating plans.
  • Prepare annual sales plans using detailed whitespace analysis.
  • Maintain daily and weekly sales activity and pipeline updates in Salesforce.
  • Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
  • Apply the Keyloop Sales Model and core processes to the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Layered Apps, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and the wider Keyloop team to present a unified customer approach.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience using AI in sales to improve sales effectiveness and capability.
  • Highly computer literate with familiarity using CRM/SFA systems.
  • Experience in the automotive sector and knowledge of dealership operational workflows.
  • Proven track record of sales growth in environments where ROI depends on business process change or optimisation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused with the maturity and diplomacy to engage at different levels within client organisations.
  • Ability to follow a structured sales approach including prospecting, contact management, qualification, presentation, objection handling, and closing.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, resilient, highly motivated, competitive, and resourceful.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially listening, questioning, and politely assertive communication.
  • Travel to client meetings is required.
  • No academic qualifications are required; selection is based on experience and potential.
  • Experience with keyloop-style collaborative sales environments is preferred.
