Description

  • Directly supervise, coach, and support inside sales employees in meeting job requirements and performance goals.
  • Plan, assign, delegate, and direct team work according to established procedures.
  • Monitor daily team operations, including productivity, accuracy, customer service levels, attendance, and call quality.
  • Train team members on new products, procedures, customer needs, and company-related updates.
  • Prepare and deliver performance evaluations by scheduled deadlines.
  • Work with Inside Sales Managers to support department decisions and direction.
  • Align the team with department, functional, and company goals and guiding principles.
  • Resolve complex issues and problems in creative and effective ways.
  • Review and improve inside sales policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Comply with company policies and standards and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience as an account manager, leading or supervising sales teams, or in a related role.
  • Ability to act independently and determine methods and procedures for team assignments.
  • Ability to manage people and resources through others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to complete department deliverables.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization.
  • Remote work capability and availability to work standard hours of 8:00-5:00 PST, with quarterly travel required.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay range of $32.56-$43.27 in WA/NJ, $29.79-$39.59 in MN/NV/TX/VA, or $28.65-$38.08 in AZ/ID/FL/MT/OH, depending on experience.
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary.
  • Paid time off accrual up to 112 hours per year to start, plus 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.
