Description

  • Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives and reinforce Everpure’s culture and values.
  • Hire additional Account Executives as business needs require.
  • Provide leadership to aligned district resources including SEs, Channel Managers, and Inside Sales representatives.
  • Manage team performance against KPIs including pipeline growth, partner alignment, forecast accuracy, and POC management.
  • Maintain a 4X pipeline to goal at all times.
  • Recruit and build strong relationships with channel partner principals, account executives, and leadership teams.
  • Drive sales activity, lead by example, and help ensure team members achieve or exceed quota.
  • Deliver annual bookings goals, new logo production, and AE participation at or above target.
  • Review activities and pipeline on a weekly basis and address gaps in coverage or forecast.
  • Manage team performance and support problem solving across complex sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful field sales management experience in storage or core information technology infrastructure in a highly competitive environment.
  • Experience selling to IT departments and IT management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate value.
  • Proven track record of recruitment and associate development.
  • Ability to stay organized and work in a detail- and process-oriented manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, exercise good judgment, and identify root causes for problem solving.
  • Ability to coordinate internal resources to execute a complex sales strategy.
  • Experience using CRM and other online tools effectively.
  • Passionate and persuasive communication style.
  • Significant field travel is expected.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $172,500 to $276,000 USD.
