Description

  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects across South Africa and Africa.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive clients, major dealer groups, and OEM relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and communicate Keyloop’s business impact.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform product development and innovation.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling of additional services.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, technical, professional services, and customer success teams to meet client needs.
  • Manage the full sales funnel, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing solutions.
  • Develop multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and Keyloop goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and progress toward targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience using AI in sales to enhance sales capability and effectiveness.
  • Proven track record in technology solution sales with ROI based on business process change or optimization.
  • Professional, structured sales approach covering prospecting, contact management, qualification, presentation, objection handling, and closing.
  • Ability to analyze markets objectively and identify relevant target prospects.
  • Experience developing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong client data and market trend analysis skills to drive business growth.
  • Well-developed commercial and financial acumen.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • High computer literacy and familiarity with CRM/SFA systems.
  • Academic qualifications are not required for this role; selection is based on experience and potential.
