Description

  • Own paid search performance and account management for assigned client portfolios.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by managing email communication and leading weekly calls.
  • Design and execute paid search channel strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Develop and implement monitoring, optimization, and testing plans to improve account performance.
  • Drive client roadmaps, dashboards, reports, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on expected impact to account performance.
  • Manage client budgets and ensure stewardship toward performance goals.
  • Lead QA processes to ensure account management work is delivered accurately and error-free.
  • Own the relationship with platform representatives such as Google and evaluate new opportunities with them.
  • Manage at least one direct report and support their development while advancing account work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid search advertising, with a focus on retail media networks.
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
  • Experience managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
  • Comfort with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
  • Experience presenting findings and optimization recommendations to internal or external clients.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing full-funnel paid media campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience leading and managing a team, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work remotely from either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
  • Additional preferred traits include being energetic, creative, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
