Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of large B2B clients.
  • Partner with Account Executives to lead the RFP process, proposals, multi-channel media plans, and client presentations.
  • Drive upsells of StackAdapt features and channels while identifying account expansion opportunities.
  • Develop tools, procedures, and reports that improve service efficiency.
  • Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
  • Oversee campaign setup and trafficking, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide regular reporting, and recommend optimizations to improve KPI results.
  • Support client relationship management through in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in real-time bidding and programmatic advertising, including DSPs and ad networks.
  • Proven success managing client relationships and upselling to generate new revenue.
  • Experience working with multi-million dollar budgets, including $10M+ budgets.
  • Experience with the RFP process, proposal development, and multi-channel media planning.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
  • Strong knowledge of measurement, attribution, incrementality, and conversion journey storytelling.
  • Preferred experience managing large Enterprise B2B accounts and servicing both brand-direct and agency clients.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge.
  • Flexibility to travel regionally to meet with clients.
  • Must be located in the US for this remote-first role.
