Description

  • Plan and deliver integrated regional marketing campaigns across digital, email, ABM, events, webinars, and paid media.
  • Translate global campaigns into local programmes tailored to DACH and Benelux markets.
  • Generate qualified pipeline aligned to regional sales targets.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership, account executives, and business development representatives on target accounts, territories, and priorities.
  • Run marketing plays that move opportunities through the funnel and shorten sales cycles.
  • Deliver account-based marketing programmes for strategic enterprise and key accounts.
  • Own regional flagship events, trade shows, executive roundtables, and partner events from planning through follow-up and pipeline tracking.
  • Support customer advocacy through case studies, references, and speaker programmes.
  • Adapt global messaging and content for local languages, markets, and buyer personas.
  • Own regional marketing performance reporting, forecasting, and budget management with a focus on ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including regional, field, or demand generation roles.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, or HubSpot.
  • Experience working closely with Sales leaders and revenue teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Fluent English and German, both required.
  • Experience with ABM, paid media, webinars, and field marketing is preferred.
  • Exposure to automotive, dealer, franchise, or complex B2B ecosystems is preferred.
  • Experience with modern revenue marketing models and attribution is preferred.
  • Dutch and/or French language skills are preferred.
