Description

  • Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach to generate pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering pain points and assessing fit for Keycafe solutions.
  • Schedule and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Manage and nurture early-stage opportunities from first contact through handoff to Sales.
  • Clearly articulate Keycafe SmartBox value proposition and how it addresses operational challenges.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and booking quotas.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and detailed lead notes in CRM systems.
  • Handle cold calls and objections professionally to progress conversations toward meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR or in an outbound sales role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed measurable sales targets.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and B2B solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or lead-generation environments (nice to have).
  • Exposure to North American markets (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sequencing tools (nice to have).
