Description

  • Build and grow an independent recruitment business within Keller Haldren’s partner network.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently from client intake through placement.
  • Develop business through existing relationships, industry networks, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand strong client relationships in the local market.
  • Collaborate with global partners on cross-border placements and knowledge sharing.
  • Use provided technology platforms, back-office infrastructure, and marketing resources to support operations.
  • Operate in line with local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work toward a sustainable and profitable recruitment operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English essential.
  • Existing client base or business pipeline is desirable.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L is desirable.
  • Established network within your business community is desirable.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors is desirable.
