Description

  • Lead discovery sessions and document client processes, requirements, data needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into Blueprint specifications covering processes, data, user experience, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Align client stakeholders and delivery teams around agreed solution designs while managing scope and traceability.
  • Configure routine and moderately complex Creatio no-code functionality, including pages, fields, dashboards, workflows, business rules, notifications, and automations.
  • Collaborate with configurators, developers, integration specialists, project managers, and solution architects.
  • Lead functional QA, develop test scenarios, review solutions against the Blueprint, and support user-acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate client meetings, explain solution designs, resolve disagreements, and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Lead client training and create user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, commitments, and delivery priorities across multiple projects.
  • Develop toward independently leading smaller Creatio implementation and enhancement projects.

Requirements

  • Meaningful professional experience working with CRM systems and CRM-enabled business processes.
  • Strong understanding of core CRM concepts across sales, marketing, customer service, or related areas.
  • Experience with an established CRM platform such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Creatio, Oracle, SAP, or comparable systems.
  • Business Analyst experience involving direct interaction with end users and business stakeholders.
  • Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, clarifying, and managing business and functional requirements.
  • Ability to translate requirements into solution designs usable by configuration and development teams.
  • Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to perform hands-on no-code configuration and learn Creatio independently.
  • Ability to achieve Creatio Creator—Basic certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience with system testing, UAT, training, and deployment.
  • Strong self-management, organization, time management, accountability, and proactive communication skills.
  • Preferred: Creatio or low-code experience, AI-assisted tools, integrations/APIs, data migration, relevant industry experience, project leadership, or Agile implementation methods.
