Description

  • Configure and maintain Procure-to-Pay systems, including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reports.
  • Resolve system requests and incidents, identify root causes, and implement durable improvements.
  • Gather requirements from Finance partners and translate them into designs, test plans, and solutions.
  • Build automations and integrations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools for relevant Finance workflows.
  • Plan and execute projects while communicating timelines, plans, and status updates.
  • Support SOX audits and maintain compliant controls, documentation, and change-management practices.
  • Own the health and ongoing improvement of assigned systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Finance or business systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa.
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, including procurement, sourcing, accounts payable, and ERP connectivity.
  • Experience with Finance systems and integrations, including tools such as Coupa, Zip, and IntelAgree.
  • Ability to gather requirements, create solution designs and test plans, and deliver reliable solutions.
  • Experience building automations or using AI tools in Finance system workflows.
  • Strong analytical and root-cause investigation skills using data.
  • Understanding of system controls, documentation, change management, and audit support.
  • Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
