Description

  • Own and execute expansion strategies across an assigned portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Build and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and proactive engagement strategies.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to ensure customers are realizing value.
  • Proactively address adoption gaps, remove blockers, and drive initiatives that improve engagement and retention.
  • Take ownership of revenue targets and deliver against quota.
  • Contribute to both near-term pipeline generation and long-term account growth.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to support onboarding, expansion, and retention.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Ensure accurate visibility into account activity and sales process execution.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role (preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close growth opportunities within existing accounts (preferred).
  • Highly coachable with a growth mindset and openness to feedback (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills (preferred).
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for pipeline and account management (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and manage performance metrics (preferred).
