Description

  • Fully manage and grow assigned customer accounts.
  • Prospect for new reseller customers through trade shows, phone outreach, travel, and lead qualification.
  • Maintain a pipeline of new business and advance opportunities through a structured sales process.
  • Manage customer support, project management, and revenue-generating activities while traveling frequently.
  • Attend trade shows and strategic meetings with customers, sales representatives, management, and executives.
  • Train representatives and customers on new Omada and TP-Link products and program updates.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer businesses, identify needs, and recommend appropriate product mixes and marketing programs.
  • Plan, execute, and measure marketing programs in coordination with internal teams.
  • Negotiate terms, profitability metrics, and logistics relationships with channel partners.
  • Coordinate account development plans and collaborate with accounting, marketing, logistics, and sales teams.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance, forecasts, and financials.
  • Elevate customer issues and work toward quick resolution to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a B2B Account Executive in a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in the CE industry.
  • Understanding of two-tier channel business models.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Ability to understand how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
  • Experience using contact management software.
  • Ability to accurately forecast business, analyze product category sales trends, and implement product growth strategies.
  • Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas for multiple consecutive years.

  • Base salary of $100,000–$170,000 depending on location and experience.
  • Results-driven commission plan with total on-target earnings structured as 60% base pay and 40% variable compensation.
