Description

  • Achieve planned Braeburn goals, patient access objectives, and other performance measures for the assigned geography.
  • Deliver clinical product information and access-related information to appropriate healthcare professionals in line with company policies.
  • Meet sales objectives by educating HCPs on product acquisition, payer policy, and reimbursement information.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret reports, facts, and data to plan and execute territory activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the territory, including delivery of care, major payers, the regulatory environment, industry trends, and reimbursement patterns.
  • Communicate approved, FDA-label-consistent product and disease-state information in a compliant manner.
  • Engage account personnel before and after sales calls to uncover needs, address concerns, and define next steps.
  • Manage and support accounts by resolving or triaging reimbursement issues and helping optimize customer and patient experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional Braeburn partners.
  • Exercise sound judgment, fiscal control of operational expenses, and adherence to Braeburn policies and Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is required; an advanced business degree is a plus.
  • 1+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience and/or field market access experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, or device industries.
  • Proven sales or field market access performance, as evidenced by market performance reports and recognition awards.
  • Ability to work autonomously to identify new business opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally, with some territories requiring overnight travel up to 50-70%.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
  • Ability to support healthcare provider offices with coding, billing, and submissions across payer environments.
  • Strong understanding of disease state and product information communicated in accordance with FDA-approved labeling and the REMS program.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, accountable start-up environment.
