Description

  • Own the long-term success and commercial growth of a portfolio of enterprise clients, with accountability for retention, expansion, and multi-year value creation.
  • Develop and execute tailored account success plans aligned to each client’s business objectives.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities by understanding client priorities, organizational changes, and market dynamics.
  • Partner with Sales to support renewals, upsells, and strategic expansions.
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and educational workshops.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact across onboarding, execution, expansion, and renewal.
  • Navigate complex, regulated environments while ensuring solutions meet client requirements and deliver business value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams to solve client problems.
  • Act as an internal advocate for enterprise clients by communicating priorities, risks, and opportunities.
  • Represent Later externally at industry events, webinars, panels, and executive networking forums.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise sales.
  • Direct ownership of revenue retention and growth.
  • Experience working with enterprise brands in influencer or social marketing.
  • Experience within regulated or highly restricted industries preferred.
  • Success navigating complex enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
  • Track record of building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong operational discipline and time management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support key client relationships.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $175,000-$225,000 OTE.
  • Permanent team members are eligible to participate in company benefits plans.
  • Hybrid and remote options are available for select positions.
  • Office locations in Boston, Vancouver (BC), Chicago, and Vancouver (WA).
  • Compensation is reviewed bi-annually based on performance and market factors.
