Description

  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers.
  • Develop tailored account strategies, including regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics to address challenges and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Own sales targets and work to exceed quota performance.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to support customer implementation and experience.
  • Use Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts and track all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Motivated, coachable, competitive, and resilient.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, for managing leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecasts.
