Description

  • Proactively engage existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Kaseya’s product suite.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to support customer satisfaction and account growth.
  • Develop tailored account strategies, including regular check-ins and business reviews, to uncover opportunities and address challenges.
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics to identify and resolve adoption issues that affect expansion.
  • Own sales targets and contribute to both short-term and long-term revenue growth efforts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to deliver a smooth customer experience and implement new solutions.
  • Use Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts, and keep all activity accurately logged and tracked.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Motivated, coachable, competitive, and resilient with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecasts.
