Description

  • Own a revenue target and consistently meet or exceed quota through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within the customer base.
  • Proactively engage existing customers to uncover growth opportunities and maximize account value across Kaseya’s product suite.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular check-ins and business reviews, to drive pipeline and uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, address gaps, and use insights to support expansion strategies and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to support retention and ongoing account growth.
  • Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role such as Account Management, Account Executive, or similar, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce, for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
