Description

  • Manage a defined portfolio of Federal accounts to drive renewals, satisfaction, and sustained adoption.
  • Own and exceed quota for retention, upsell, and account expansion within existing accounts.
  • Become proficient in demonstrating the Kaseware platform to customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop multi-year account plans aligned with customer objectives, procurement timelines, and company growth strategy.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and executive meetings to review results, adoption metrics, and roadmap alignment.
  • Partner with Customer Operations, Product, and Delivery teams to support renewals, deployments, and outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to agency executives and technical leads, aligning platform capabilities with mission and operational needs.
  • Build cross-agency relationships and a regional reference network to support advocacy and future growth.
  • Maintain sales forecasts and account health metrics in Salesforce, including renewal status, upsell pipeline, and account risk indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 6–10 years of experience in Account Management, Program Management, or Client Services, preferably in Federal, public safety, justice, or government technology environments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention and upsell targets in enterprise or public-sector SaaS accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Federal or government procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both executive and technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously while staying highly organized.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Program Delivery teams.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Background in public safety, government technology, or a SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the security, intelligence, or law enforcement sectors is preferred.
  • English language proficiency is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
  • Ability to pass a full CJIS-compliant fingerprint-based background check is required.

  • Target OTE of $180,000–$200,000.
