Description

  • Staff and manage the sales renewal team to meet individual and team performance goals.
  • Provide consistent coaching, mentoring, and enablement to team members.
  • Monitor, assess, and improve customer outreach and sales approach in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage reporting systems and financial information pipelines in Salesforce with the management team.
  • Review dashboards, generate Salesforce reports, and share findings to support performance and accountability.
  • Act as a player/coach to maintain individual and team sales unit and volume goals.
  • Handle merchant requests, concerns, and needs in a timely manner and serve as an escalation contact when needed.
  • Build rapport with key decision makers at client accounts to support retention and growth.
  • Review, facilitate, and expedite renewal submissions and contract funding for individual and team sales.
  • Lead hiring, performance management, compensation, and employee evaluations, while working with HR on performance issues and succession planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and job experience.
  • 3+ years of prior sales representative experience, ideally in financial services or consultative sales.
  • 4+ years of people management and coaching experience.
  • Experience serving as a subject matter expert contributor for policies and procedures.
  • Experience driving metric and quality performance within a 30-day cycle.
  • Experience in performance management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change and perform in a high-intensity environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to compute business math.
  • Candidates must be located in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) and be available for monthly in-office حضور.
  • Consideration will be given to qualified remote candidates residing in states where Kapitus or a subsidiary has an established physical presence.
